AKC FILLABLE ENTRY FORM A copy of your entry(ies) payment transaction will be send directly to the Show Secretary as confirmation of payment. The Show Secretary will receive confirmation of payment for entries and ads. Please fill out the Entry Form and email to wideview@ptd.net along with your confirmation of payment number. If you have any problems with this process - then email wideview@ptd.net for help or phone 908-454-6456.
Entries for October 2024 Specialty - Each First Entry fee includes .50 AKC Recording Fee & $3 AKC Event Service Fee
ENTER THE TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT OF YOUR ENTRIES, PRE-PAID CATALOGS & CATALOG ADS (if applicable) as well a $1 convenience fee for each entry. You can use the Paypal link below or mail your entry form(s) and check to D. Milne, Show Secretary, 150 Creek Rd, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
